Upper Body Plyometrics Exercises

Hey all,
I'm trying to find some really fun and worth while upper body plyometrics exercises! Can anyone help me? I love my lower body plyo workout, but I want to add some upper body plyo moves to my weight lifting. I've been reading through a lot of articles, but they mainly focus on lower body, so I was hoping everyone on here could help me out!

Yes--do this: stand above a bar. jump and grab it. do a pull up (if u can). let go of the bar. and crouch down when u hit the floor. put your legs out into a pushup position. do a push up. kick your legs in, back into a crouch again, and then spring up to the bar and start again. it is hard to write this, and hard to picture in your head. u have to do it, to get the gist. try it!! great cardip workout.
