When I woke up this morning is seemed like all my injuries wanted to remind me that they are still here. Everything hurt (not sure why). So I did the only thing I could do in the gym and that was increase the weight on every exercise. I'm sure I'll be hurting later on, but I probably would have been in pain anyway.
NICE WORKOUT Geez you increased the weight when you were sore? Crazy haha

For reverse bending the goal is to bend the piece of steel to 40 degrees or more (that's why I had the protractor) in 30 seconds or less. I was successful on all bends. The 60d nail was a pr for me and quite a bit harder than the 1/4"x6" round stock that I bent yesterday.
Thanks for checking in on me. 2008 is the start of my Vitamin Supplements.
Universal Animal stacks is my first venture into enhanced diet. I feel really good with only sore hands and forearms from some new exercises. I read your post about ripping off caluses...I'm avoiding wraps and gloves like a double whopper cheese burger with extra pickles. Opps...did'nt mean to make you salivatate
I'll check in soon! Stay healthy my friend.

I hope those supplements work out for you. What new exercises are you doing? Btw, that double whopper sounds real good right now.

Oh lord, the poor guys journal will never be the same. Perhaps I should go.
Round two? HA! More like round 20956 of the Kat fight.
x2
I feel all special now having 3 beautiful ladies fighting over me If you do decide to have a catfight I wouldn't be totally opposed to some vids or pics (just sayin').

I took it easy this workout because my hands were a little sore. My pinch and hub lift are getting stronger for my left hand. I'm going to buy some more 25s to see if I can pinch 2-25s in each hand at the same time. The gripper work was harder than I was expecting. I rested about 1 min between each rep. I also tried some parallel setting and was able to do the #2 in my right hand (which is a good thing). What's funny is that do a TNS with the #2 is still easier than using a parallel set.

Leg Press
-45x10 (weight per side)
-90x10 (weight per side)
-135x10x10 (weight per side)
Leg Extensions
-50x5x10
Leg Curls
-30x5x10
I think I'm going to stick to doing 10x10 for the leg press. It doesn't seem to hurt my knees the way doing 5x20 does. I got an opportunity to show a trainer some of my bending skills. I bent a 1/4"x6" grade 2 bolt (235lbs) to 90 degrees (40 degrees is all that is required) in 5 seconds. That's probably the fastest that I've bent a bolt of that size.

10x10 is a good call.
You should have a live audience more often, sounds like a great way to bust through PR's.
Now you're a Samurai ex-Marine. We need to find a Russian so you can be Spetznaz too. The ultimate title might be the Gurka or S.A.S of grip training. Awesome journal and work brother!!

Grippers (CCS)
-left hand: Tx15 singles
-right hand: #1x15 singles, #2.5x5 (choked to parallel)
-IMTUG3x10 (ring and pinky)
-IMTUG4x10 (ring and pinky)
-IMTUG4x2x10 (index and middle)
IM Bands
-Red+whitex2x10 (both hands same time)
Card Tearing (lengthwise)
-13x4
-26x2
-39x1
-56x1 PR
This was a good workout. I'm very pleased with the lengthwise tear, but I was too stupid to get it on video. I'm hoping to correct that in the near future.

So its cross between jello or chocolate pudding wrestling....? I'll be the ref you two girls can duke it out LOL
It'll have to be sugar free jello or I'm out. I'd just end up eating all the pudding so that wouldn't work anyway.
How do I get myself into these things? *sigh*

-left hand: 45 (2" of air)
This was a good workout. The CCS reps are getting easier. I think I'll work my way up to 20 singles and then try harder grippers. I'm very pleased with the hub lifting I did today. The hub on my 35s is more shallow than the hub on the 25s or 45s. I think I'll be able to do 2-45s in the near future. This will be my last workout for a week because I'll be out of town.

So the idea is to grab the rise at the weights center and squeeze hard enough that it won't fall? Maybe I'll try that at the gym next Monday... I'll start with the 2.5lb plate *hopefully he doesn't notice the decimal*.

Yes I did notice the decimal, but I'll pretend that I didn't Some plates have tall, deep hubs in the center and some have wide, shallow hubs. The tall, deep hubs are easier to perform the lift on. I think you'll be able to do 10lbs. Let me know how it goes.
