Yeah, I will be transitioning into a lean mass phase over the next few weeks. Below is the only back pic I have, will try to get one of the wheels but do you guys really want to see some white, hairy quads? lol

Awesome, you look like you are bigger than that. How many cals were/are you taking in at the end?

Thanks man. I've been averaging around 2200 cals/day the last month or so. I'm currently a few weeks into the Anabolic Diet, high fat low carb (less than 30g/day) Mon-Fri, high carb Sat & Sun.
I took 2 breaks from dieting during the 8 months where I ate between 3000-3500 cals/day. It was during these 2 breaks that I saw the best changes in body composition. I tracked calories pretty much everyday from the start using Fitday PC.

Yeah, I'm currently doing the same diet and plan on it for my bulk as well, which is why I asked. Thanks!

I'm not a big supplement guy, I think my money is better spent on food, but of course I use creatine mono (AtLarge) @ 2.5g/day, protein and fish oil caps.

Great job ! Big inspiration for me. I want to do the same thing, 23% to 10%.
I'd love to hear about the diet you used to get here.
What happened to your strength as you did this ? ie bench press weight ? Did you get stronger as you leaned up ?
