Very impressive transformation, James!
From "Meek to Freak!" I like that. I went from "Geek to Chic". Very similar.

Sorry to take this off topic ..
Since when does your avatar and join date dictate the truth or valdity of what someone is saying. Just cause you posted in this thread 10 times to pad your posts count doesnt mean anything, it doesnt mean your better than anyone else, or that your posts are more important. you think your a badass cause you can get a picture off google, claim it as yourself, and slap it on your avatar, throw in some e-stats here and there and your set to go right? Dude your a joke, get off this guys cock, no one cares what you have to say

I never really had to diet before because I was always the skinny kid trying to gain weight. Now that I've actually added muscle, I am dieting/eating clean to bring out more definition in the muscle. I'm eating basically the same thing every day: 6 eggs sans 3 yokes for breakfast,
a homemade Italian Sub for dinner. I make the sandwich with about six slices of meat, usually beef bologna and salami. I put olives, green peppers, lettuce, etc...on it. If I'm feeling a little low on energy I might eat one cup of ramen noodles or a candy bar to bring it up again. I'm also a caffeine/soda addict. I'm one of the people always walking around with a soda in hand, so I've switched to coke zero.
Consistent eating combined with consistent training for 1 1/2-2 years has brought me to this point.
I have three workout days:
1.Arms
2.Body
3.Abs/Stomach
Each exercise I do consist of 2 sets (not including any warming up)
The first set I go heavy and slow, so as to sort of pre-exhaust the muscle.
The second set of that exercise I use less weight. Throughout the exercise I go slow and focus on feeling the burn(lol) of the muscle. I'm getting the full range of motion; if not it's too much weight. I'm going for a pump so I'm not throwing any weight around. I actually think it's a good idea for some to NOT join a gym because it can be a distraction focusing on your poundages and what everyone else is doing. I'm bodybuilding towards a goal physique, not weightlifting. I use a simple set of dumbells; nothing more. The last exercise of a particular bodypart I add what I call a "burn session." This is where I grab a very light weight and rapidly work the muscle until it's burning, ensuring the muscle is fully exhausted.
Typical forearm workout on arms day:
2 sets hammer curls
2 sets reverse curls
2 sets extensor curls
2 sets reflexor curls
burn session:
1 set of squeezing grippers until failure
1 set of holding grippers closed until failure.
Adding the afformentioned "burn session" with grippers really caused my forearms to grow.
Reps depend on bodypart. Go 8 - 10 for large muscles like biceps; more for forearms.
Some people might advise more or less, but the important thing is getting the pump and being consistent.
This is what works for me right now.

Yes! I just try to do my own thing.
Like most people, I listen to a variety of music; I have a variety of interest.

Thank you, you're spot on!
As people have said, my chest is certainly lagging. I've only been doing push-ups with hands close together for chest as silly as it sounds. The reason is simply because I don't have a bench right now. I plan on getting one soon enough though!
Thank you so much for all the positive feedback.
I take the emo slights in stride. Not everyone here is going to dig the long hair; that's cool : )

Body:
3 sets pushups to pre-exhaust the triceps and front deltoids. Also, my only chest workout until I get a bench or some other suitable platform.
2 sets triceps extensions. Usually I lay on my back and extend the arm like and overhand movement. Then I alternate with a second set extending to the side in an outward "slashing motion." Excuse me if there are proper names for this that I'm not using.
1 set "burn session" :
I prop myself up and push my body up and down rapidly using bodyweight, working the triceps until they are burning. I'm sure people know what I'm describing.
That completes triceps. I don't include it with arms because some of the exercises for triceps hit chest and deltoids. (pushups, overhead press - though I haven't been pressing lately)
From there it's 2 sets shoulder shrugs standing.
2 sets shoulder shrugs leaning.
Burn session:
1 final set I hold the weights in a high shrug position as long as I can.
Deltoids:
Deltoids I work by raising the the hand straight up and then out.
So it's a 1-and, 2-and, etc... When raising them up, I don't hold my hand as you would to punch. If my thumb was extended it would be pointed to the sky. I don't lower the weight to much in transition between the outward and side extension because this keeps a constant tension (burn) on the muscle.
After two sets I do the burn session for deltoids. This consist of holding some foam 8 pound weights and punching until exhaustion. It's important to extend the elbows a bit out and upward when doing this; it puts more stress on the deltoids. Ever notice how even light-weight boxers have big rounded delts? After doing this you should have trouble raising your arms. That's how you know you're doing it right.: )
