22 y.o in need of some help
hello everyone. Im a 22 y.o guy thats ready for a change in my appearance. Ive gained a great deal of weight ever since I moved away to college, and am in the process of getting it back off. I have gotten quite a bit of it off, and am ready to pack on some muscle, and become a lot more ripped. If there was anyone that could help me, and give me some ideas as to wat I should do next. Do you recommend supplements? or what? if so, what do you recommend that I take? Like I said I am ready to pack on the muscle now. and turn my excess body fat into muscle.
any help would be appreciated, you can see my pics on my profile.
Thnks

get into the gym and bust your ass, lift your nuts off then hit some cardio after you lift, throw abs in there a few days a week, As for supps, i dont think they are necessary. Multi vitamin, omega 3 fish oils, and cla is what i recommend. At very least the multi, eat lots of clean proteins and you will be on your way bro.

Only real supplement I take is whey protein just because I'd rather eat an easy to make protein shake after a hard workout than try to cook something. It also makes getting your protein easier on somedays when you don't always have time to eat whole foods at every meal. That being said, I wouldn't make whey a staple in your diet, but it's an all around good thing to have 1-2 servings of per day. I also take glutamine PWO and that seems to help with my muscle recovery a bit.

do abs every second day and change it up. the supps are exactly what i would recommend for you. take 1 cla and 1 fish oil capsule before each meal.
