my triceps are crap now I am trying to work on them directly Maybe that is why my max bench has been stuck at 165 for few months.

i think its tougher for us tall guy to pack on big arm muscles. Bi/tris take while to develope in my case.

idk a longer muscle is a stronger muscle which means heavier weights and more mass
