Bulking diet need more Calories!
SO I'm trying to gain weight and have a pretty good diet but I need to get the calories up I'm some were around 2500 to 3000 a day. I want to get to 4000, so if any one as a diet that they would not mind sharing that would be awesome. I'm just out of ideas as to what to make to eat that has a lot of calories but low in fat.

why are you worried about low in fat so much while trying to bulk??? Fat has a lot of calories and is extremely important. Eating nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc will give you many benefits and definitely add more calories.

Well good fats yes the ones you pointed out are fine. It's the bad fats I'm trying to stay away from. I want to put on as much lean mass as possible.

Oats+fruit+WW bread+brown rice. Carbs are great for bulking, and if you're lifting hard, will contribute more to muscle glycogen than fat gain. But consume some healthy mono+poly fats, esp. omega 3.

Peanut butter + spoon and go to town . That's pretty much what I do when my cals come up short for the day. Calorie dense and tastes amazing.

I just may have to do that! I got real peanut butter the other day I'll have to try it out on my toast in the mornings and see how that goes over. Not a bad idea by the way getting the spoon out haha if it works huh.
