Im gonna sound like an idiot

Before you start saying "OMG WE HAVE ANSWEARED THIS SAME RETARDED QUESTION 10000000 TIMES" followed by banging the key board on your head just hear me out =]. basically im a defensive tackle play varsity my freshman year and want to go on to the next level. now heres my question. for football my main work outs are bench, squat , deadlift , and power clean. this question is about bench. now i find myself benching every other day and sometimes almost everyday (i know i know i know bad!) but i have a few intresting things that have happened to me. after i bench ever i never ever ever feel sore.... now i know your gonna say bad form stuff like that but i have gained 80 pounds onto my bench max scence October. I take no supplements or anything all natural. So bascilly i bench everyday dont feel sore and have had major improvements. whats the deal? and your opinion on this.

u get stronger not during working out but when ur muscles recover between workouts. soreness is not an indicator of a good workout, when u first start u r sore but eventually the longer u work out the less sore u get

It is fine but make sure you are getting an equivalent amount of back work in as well, whether it be barbell rows or T-bar rows or something similar.

why do you say you shouldnt bench. increase the weight lower the reps if you want to improve weight. if you do the same thing all the time its about time you swapped plans.SHOCK THE MUSCLE
