I would just stick with the ON Whey... maybe just change up flavors and etc, most people swear with ON Whey.

I was looking to add casein to my protein stack. Would Muscle Milk be a good buy. Or would I be better off with one scoop ON whey, and one scoop ON casein?

If you are looking to change it up I would suggest Ultimate Nutrition Iso Sensation 93.

Muscle Milk
I'm definitely not a fan of cake batter flavoring!!! But we just opened a couple of containers in our break room and the taste is amazing. Muscle Milk is by far the best tasting protein in my book. But it seems as though taste = fat. The fat and sodium content is much higher than Optimums 100% whey. It totally depends on what you want to get out of your protein as to whether you should switch or not. Optimum 100% whey is a great protein and tastes good as well with a lot less carb and fat content!

Hmmmm
Any of Cytosport's stuff is delicious. ON is pretty bland if you ask me, I need to add it to milk to make it drinkable.
CytoSport = Delicious (as good as a mc donalds shake)
ON = Fairly nasty, but much better than some of teh s**t thats out there.

Yeah I hear ya, that's why I quit buying ON too. Check out SciFit's Econo whey protein, that's what I switched too. $34.95 for 5lbs and tastes pretty good.
