Some advice on supplements for energy
At this time, I am taking glutamine, amino acids and creatine in my pre and post workout shake. I am also taking Hot Rox Extreme, 1-2x per day, which seems to be burning the fat off ..yipee!
What I STILL need is something to help with energy! I have the energy through my workouts, but afterwards, I am exhausted! Is there something that I can add to my shakes to help with the energy slump? I was thinking about getting Surge, from Biotest, but wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions first.

Coffee?? lol...seriously, caffeine would help w/ the energy I'm sure! I've heard that B-12 is good for that too!

I drink 2 cups of coffee and they don't seem to have any effect on me. Have to look into the B-12....just wish it didnt have to be a pill form. I take so many pill supplements its crazy!

LOL...well, in a fruity strawberry way, lol. The good thing about the powder packets is you can sorta control the strength.

Yeah. i have been looking for some stuff too, and strangely the one that I have heard the most about was a diet pill Lipo 6. I was wondering if there was something else that would give the same amount of energy, because I am afraid that take it, I will lose too much weight.
