How to Find Local/State Bodybuilding Competitions

I see that there is a searchable directory of competitions on bodybuilding.com. That's fantastic.

However, I'm living in Puerto Rico. Does anyone know if there is a directory of International competitions or (in my case) for Puerto Rico?

i'd go to a gym where you know competitive bb'rs workout or just about any gym and ask the gym owner. they should know if there are any local shows for your area.

In April, I am going to be moving to Puerto Rico (in between Cayey and Caguas). So if you want, hit me up. I am planning of competing out there this year. I am trying to find out about the NPC in Puerto Rico and contest.

I am going to get a job at one of the gyms out there. Hopefully Powerhouse Gym.
