I think your giving nv more credit than its due mate.Theres not much in nano vapor that will do much of anything. You mostly hear about the "amazing effects" from young guys under the age of say 25 with low bf and who will get off on just a cup of coffee .Ive been on it for weeks at double dosage and all it supplies really is the same as most no products - a slight boost in focus and energy, and at times a mild pump. But nothing that great. If this product scares you into the "once a week or so " dosing then i wouldnt go near sp250 or similar products.

Yea i would get nauseous to the point of just lying on a bench at the gym thinking I was going to yak but couldnt. I also would get An extreme heart rate that I could feel beating through my chest (heart palpitations I guess theyre called?). The other thing it would give me are headaches that could make even the worst hangover seem timid by comparison. My advice is to not go over two, and if two starts losing its edge just discontinue use (preferably of all NO products u r taking) for at least two weeks then start again. Trust me, you'll thank me later

I would drink 2+ gallons a day so I dont think that was the problem, in fact the more water I drank the worse the naseau would get.

It doesn't scare me, it's just a fact. My wife is a Cardio Vascular Tech at are local hospital, they use Vasodiolators. When in surgery they use this to thin the blood for pataints so they do not go into to cardiac arrest. Basically they do noninvasive heart surgery. Viagra is a Vasodiolator also, people with heart problems should not take this. I think you may be confused, it's not the caffine I am talking about, it's the Vasodiolator that is bad for you. Just a fair warring to everyone that uses Vapor!

The Vasodiolator doesnt seem to affect me.I havent had any pump or headaches to speak of from it.If its so strong why not?Same as every one else, they dont get that much from it.Im not a mt hater because they put as much crap out there as anybody else, but this product wont give you any more trouble than any of the other no supps out there.

With a Vasodiolator your body will eventually adjust to bring your body back to a normal, causing you to be possibly dependent on it's use.
It's all good though, we all take chances to increase our size with this crap they feed us. We just all love the pump bro, trust me I use my fair share of ****.

Yea, ive spent a small fortune on a lot of crap, only to be disillusioned by the rippoffs. There are a few good supps out there. But i think the very basic ones work the best.Protien powdwer, creatine mono, multi vitamin, etc.The majority of the new **** only works for newbies i reckon, then they grow immune to the effects after a while anyway.A lot of products out there now will be off the shelves after a few years anyway imo.....

try drinking a lot of water, maybe a gallon a day. A lot of pre workout supplements tend to dehydrate people, especially me

Same here dude.
I decided to try this after several canisters of No-Xplode and got nausea after 1 scoop. I thought it might be just me, so I tried it again (1 scoop) and the same thing happened. Went back to No-Xplode (2-3 scoops) and all was well. I still have the canister of Vapor in my cabinet.

I used NaNo Vapor for about 2 months and never had any side effects. I started with one scoop then after the first month went to two. I got a great pump when using it. I switched over to No Explode cause a friend told me it was better. I get about the same pump.

i have used NOxplode,Noshotgun,whiteflood,nanox9, and vapor.......Vapor is awesome you just have to take it right and with some carbs in your system...personally i eat some oats about 1 1/2 hours before consuming the vapor which is 2 scoops....also i drink about 20 ounces of water right after i take the vapor and the crash has gone. My lifts have gone up , energy is good, pump is awesome......even though it is muscletech this product is worth using.....if you can afford it.

I'm wondering if this is true for all NO products? I use NO Xplode all 5 of my training days per week. Is this a mistake? The last thing I need are long term problems...

do you know how much **** in in naNO? literally itd take days to research that chemical list they call the ingredients. getting a good pump in the gym doesnt mean you are getting gains but if thats what you want (a good pump) then more power to you
those things arent FDA approved meaning naNO (and other products) can be filled with **** that could harm you or actually cause negative side effects. I bet if the FDA started looking at these bodybuilding supplements half of them would be taken off the shelf
naNO along with all of muscletech's overpriced garbage line would go first. I know people that have taken naNO and all they get is the energy, but no noticeably bigger muscle gain

name a couple of FDA approved brands

nano vapor
i have tried several preworkout products including nano vapor. all seem to have side effects , nausea, heaaches, symptons that i hate feel when im training. I take protein shakes with no problem i know its a whole different thing. natural workouts takes along time to develop any suggestion on a workout routine with just protein shakes

I have been using vapor for about 2 weeks now. It does give you a good boost at the gym but I crash when i get home. I was told eating a big meal helps that. Another side effected I had was that I couldnt sleep at all everytime I took it. Any ways to counter act this?
and what is better vapor or xplode.

You need to buil;d a taloerance to it. Its like no xplode atart with 1 scoop for a week then go up to 2 the next week. I felt lightheaded when I would take No Xplode for the first time.

Could this cause longterm side effects with the use of just one 2.2lb container of it? also what are the side effects/risks you speak of? everybody is talking about how effective this stuff is which i have already seen for myself but if it's going to be bad for my health i'll toss it out right now

I tried nano vapor and the results i had we not good
I had an Energy rush for about 15 min and decent pump. Half way into my workout i would feel dizzy and needed to stop working out.
Bottom line this product does not work very well and contains to my ingredients in my opinion.

good results
I used vapor for a six week cycle 4 days a week
my first 2 times using it 1 scoop I got wicked headaches!!!!! after that thank god they went away or vapor would have ended up in the trash.
I olny take 1 scoop, I'm 6' 3" 200 lbs that has worked well for me. i haven't felt it necesary to take anymore.
taste (grape flavor) 7/10 mix with 4 oz water mixes well too
focus/energy 9/10 you want to keep going and your mind is dialed into every set.
pump 6/10 i don't respond well or can't tell the difference when it comes to pumps
I know muscle tech gets alot of bad press on this site. I buy my supps off price and reviews I bought vapor on sale and would buy it again for more than the $37.99 i paid here on bb.com
I used white flood for a month another good product gets alot of great reviews i would buy vapor again over white flood
