Needing help putting togeather a decent program for myself

First some history:
Im 5'5 (currently) 155lbs.
About 3 years ago I dropped 50lbs (Major fat loss, tone up), at my peak of fitness I was 137lbs. I had a very fit body, not bulky, or overly muscular.

I am a musician who tours a lot, which makes it hard to get to the gym regularly (especially when i'm away for some months, and back others). So since my lifestyle has changed, I haven't been as consistent at the gym, as I used to be (when I was going through my major fat loss). Anyway, i've decided that I want my ultra fit body back, with maybe a little bit more muscle. I loved the way it felt to look great, and feel great.

I'm not really looking to be huge, just healthy, fit, and toned.

So this is what i'm thinking for a 3 day split:

Day 1:
Chest/Tricept + 20min medium/light cardio

Day 2:
Back/Bicept + 20min medium/light cardio

Day 3:
Legs/Shoulders + 20min medium/light cardio

Off Day:
30min medium/light cardio

What do you guys think? Can you offer me any advice? I'm excited to get going again, and can feel myself getting more and more motivated to be back to the gym.

Comments/Suggestions are much appreciated!

Looks fine. Just get in there and lift and be consistent. If you want more muscle, eat enough to gain weight.

If you have never lifted before, then you probably don't have a diet designed around it. Do yourself a favor before you start this program--and check out the nutrition section of these forums. There are some great basic ideas you should follow:

Good luck!
