You have to be smart with your programming and recovery strategies aka ITS NOT SOMETHING FOR BEGINNERS and it's very hard to apply to bodybuilding.
From a strength standpoint, 3x3 twice a day is better than 6x3 once a day. Mark Rippetoe recommends two a days sessions for sports teams with unlimited amounts of time.

No.
And CavGrunt - 6x3 would be for speed, not strength.

You dont need to, just lift hard, heavy and eat. Once per day is plenty if nutrition, rest etc is in check.

if you can do it more than once with your penis then you can do it more than once with the rest of your body.

It is ok as long as you know what you are doing, with someone of your knowledge who's thinking about 2-3hour weight training then 2hours cardio, no, it is not ok.

Um, what? I'm curious to hear your reasoning on this one.
FYI Olympic weightlifters use two a days training very successfully within their programs.

You don't knwo what you are doing.
Its a complex method and requires discipline and good coaching.
You have neither.

Ever heard of Westside, I'm a little biased on high sets/low reps being used for speed.
FYI I know.

Westside is good for powerliters and pwerlifters only.
Other athletes should be on a more Olymc based program.
But Im as biased as you are.

Speed reps are only one method of training- to say that all low rep systems are purely for speed training is pretty narrow of a mindset.

Def not something you would want to do every day. If you're training for bodybuilding, it's just unnecessary especially if you're a beginner. The only time I ever train twice a day is when I do legs. I'll do hammies and calves in the morning and quads in the afternoon.
