Middle of the night urges...
Anyone else ever get the urge to suddenly workout in the middle of the night? or is it just me

what do you mean anabolic state.....is that when your body starts to recooperate and goes into Heal-Mode? haha
and yeah....whats with the 24 hr fitness O.o THEY should know better than open a 24hr one..should be called 12hr fitness heh

when i dont have time to workout, example i got visitors over or something i go in the middle of the night and workout, the other day i started my workout 1:10am finished nearly 3 in the morning plus i did back and tries. The reason is i dont want to miss days of working out because if i do it always leads to missing more days then eventually havnt been working out for a month.
