How much Cardio Is too Much Cardio?
Im not a total newbie when it comes to bodybuilding, I know that trying to get lean and get big is a bit of a...whats the word... Struggle, But where do you draw the line with your cardio. I want to gain a little but I dont want to put on excess fat. So the big question is... How much Cardio, is too Much Cardio? And is it even possible to accomplish the two at the same time, or does one really have to go through a Gain period and a Lean period?
