Day #23
I was extremely exchausted last night and crashed after cardio, therefore I did not post anything . Yesterday my energy levels were up !
Training: QUADS
DIET:
Meal #1: 4 oz turkey, 3 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Meal #2: 5 oz chicken
Meal #3: 2 scoops whey
Meal #4: 5 oz turkey
AM & PM CARDIO FOR AN HOUR.
Overall, my energy levels were up ... my body has stopped feeling jittery from the fat burner. I am assuming my body has just grown accustomed . So today when I worked out I had 3 thermos..then tonight for PM cardio I will try one and post my results.. Thanks Ness for the idea!

Not having a 'cracked out' feeling doesn't mean that the TF isn't working; it just may be that you are getting acclimated to the stimulants. I personally never got a big rush from TF, but I have an insane stim tolerance becuase of too many years of abuse.
Any changes to the sweating/warmth?

Day #24
SHOULDERS , TRICEPS, ABS today!
DIET:
Meal #1: 3 Thermos, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 3 egg whites, 3 oz turkey
Meal #2: 2 ricecakes, Metrx Meal replacement
Meal #3: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans
Meal #4: 2 ricecakes, Met-rx Meal Replacement
Meal #5: 5 oz Filet Mignon, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup green beans
1 Thermo Fire before PM CARDIO.
LOVED the effects of the thermo this morning. It gave me energy throughout my AM carido. Tonight with only taking one thermo I felt energy throughout the workout. I may stick with taking the 3 then 1 ...i like the extra boost for PM cardio. Sweating is still a big problem...lol, but that's ok. I still am loving this thermo! It is excellentttttttttttttttttttt!

2 hours of cardio is a whole bunch, but if its working keep it up. I am going to be doing cardio for 3 days a week and its going to be only 30 minutes. I am going to play intramural basketball,so my cardio should be in great shape.

Day #29
Off day from training. AM and PM cardio only.
Meal #1: 1 thermo, 3/4 cup oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 1 TBSP flax oil
Meal #2: 4 oz turkey, 1 apple
Meal #3: 6 oz chicken, 6 oz yam, 1.5 cups veggies
Meal #4: Met-rx Meal replacement, 1 scoop whey, 6 frozen strawberries
Meal #5: 3 Thermo, 5 oz sirloin steak, 2 cups veggies, 1 TBSP Flax Oil
I decided to take three thermos at my last meal instead of with my first meal. I wanted to see if I would have more energy for my nighttime cardio. Although, I am noticing as the sessions go by, the majority of my energy is needed first thing in the morning. Overall, my day was considered inactive because of the off day. I am excited to see what the cardio feels like after taking three thermos...hopefully it won't effect my sleeping tonight *LOL*

Day #30
Alrighty, that is the end of my bottle of Prolab thermo fire. I am taking measurements to see the results today. Overall, I loved the effects the thermos gave me . I had a great amount of energy throughout the workouts and my days. It is a very consistent product, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to try a new fat burner.
DAY 30:
Meal #1: 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 TBSP Flax Oil, 5 egg whites
Meal #2: 1 thermo, 4 oz turkey, 1 apple
Meal #3: 6 oz chicken, 6 oz yam, 1.5 cup veggies
Meal #4: 2 scoop whey, 1 metrx packet, 6 frozen strawberries
Meal #5: 3 thermos, 5 oz sirloin steak, 2 cup veggies
OFF day from training. The thermos helped out tremendously with my cardio sessions!

Curious!
I'm curious to see your final review as well. Good work, but obviously you still have a ways to go if your getting into contest prep form. Keep your eye on the prize and keep up the dedication.
