Great PW Meals
What are some good examples of great post workout meals? I usually eat a chicken breast and some veggies, but for some reason it just doesn't feel right. Maybe its just me...

You need some carbs in there and it'll be good. I like to go with Trix

are you talking about the meal right after your workout or the meal after your PWO shake or meal

I usually go anything around 67% carbs 33% protein, I'm not against fat in the meal but you really need the carbs and protein more in my opinion

my favourite is making french toast in a nonstick pan with 4 slices ww bread (50-80g carbs, 10-20g protein) and 1 cup egg whites (27g protiein) mixed with cinn/splenda, cooked up then topped with some syrup (sf or not)
also kiddie cereals, whey and milk

From what I know you want a high carb meal, similar to your PWO shake. I usually have a pretty big serving of pasta or rice with chicken or tuna. You want to avoid fat in this meal too.
