Critique of HST Workout - Advice/Comments Needed
Hey all, just posting up to see if anyone out there that knows their stuff on HST could give the once over on my draft program and let me know if its pretty solid, thanks! I've never done HST before so I need all the help I can get and want to make it as perfect as possible - I'll be writing everything up in my first journal!
