What has worked VERY nicely for me is this.
Wake up take BCAAs, ephedrin and caffeine.
1/2 hour later low intensity cardio for 30 mins.
More BCAAs
1 hour later Protein and oatmeal.
Repeat for a total of 3 - 5 times per week.
