Anyone using a Speed Bag in your training?

I just got a speed bag for Christmas hoping to use it for some cardio, coordination and definition gains inn my upper body. Will this work? Anybody else doing or done it? What should I know?

I wouldn't count on a speed bag doing much for you cardio-wise - mainly a hand-eye coordination tool but a lot of fun. Some workout on the shoulders/tris depending on how long you go. I have one on the same rack as my heavy bag and I alternate for 3 minute "rounds" and that will definitely get the cardio going if you go hard and fast at the heavy bag.
