Best alternative to NO-Explode?
NO-E was alright, but I had to take about three scoups to really get a good pump, which made it really expensive. What's the next-best NO product out there?

- Get about 1.5 g of protein/lb of lean body weight/day
- Take at least 40-50 g of whey protein immediately post-workout
- Take 5 g of creatine monohydrate pre/post-workout
- Take a daily multivitamin
- Get at least 8 hours of quality sleep
- Take 2 or 3 days/week off. Rest allows growth.

Superpump250. I get better pumps and energy with sp250 but it always makes me **** in the middle of my workout. I only need 2 servings to get a good rush with sp250 and 3 servings with explode. But it makes me **** everytime.

No Limits too, and now plasmajet. Both pill form.
Shock therapy is probably best cost wise, and has a good long reputation.
It also has things like beta alanine in it.

well if you had to take 3 scoops to get a decent pump i would say you might possibly be burnt out on the whole stim side...maybe try something non stim for a while like white blood by controlled labs...alot of people say arginine supps dont work, but its totally up in the air and i have taken it and it did wonders for me (sorry no log)
