Working out as little as you do, you must have the best genetics imaginable

sprinters often have superb musculature...they also tend to train by, unsurprisingly, doing plenty of sprinting.
Basically this means that they are receiving plenty of anabolic training..However, as I keep saying, I haven't seen many people - athletes or otherwise - with that kind of leg detail and separation from track work alone..
Whatever the case..the op looks great and should aim to balance out shoulders and chest with the rest of his superb physique and then MH is certainly achievable.

I think ill call BS as well. Legs like that do not come from being a long distance runner, and not doing squats. If they do, you have nothing to be proud of cause you put in 0 effort, and just have ronnies genetics.

I have a hard time believing this. You'd be a miracle if you looked like that only working out twice a week.

nice work. i dont understand how he can do two 45 min sessions a week and have an upper body like that. do you go really heavy? negatives?
i dont have any doubts about his legs. he said he used to be a star sprinter, which means pumping his legs very hard. when you run like that your putting hundreds of lbs of pressure on your quads every step. most bodybuilders dont do much hard running if any running at all. thats also probably why he's so shredded.

The routine to get that body is certainly not the routine suggested in the original post, and he could not maintain that with the workouts he stipulates in that original post.
