thats insane man!! congrats!! makes me feel like my cut was a failure...lol What really has me amazed is it looks like you have NO loose skin. Is there any thats hard to tell in the pics? I went from 260 to 220 from feb to june, then summer f'ed me up and it took me from june til september to get to 197, and I have a bit of loose skin. Its not noticeable looking at me, but I think its making me have less definition on my lower abs and lower chest, and stretches a good amount when pulled on...hoping my bulk+time helps takes care of it,haha Again, great job man, thats determination and dedication at its best right there!

quick question, the 45 minutes of cardio you did when you woke up on the treadmill, was that all running or did you do a fast walk too?

Dude! Congrats!!! Shows your dedications... Let me tell you I was one of the biggest skeptiks when I first saw your pictures... Specially with all the photoshopped pictures... but I checked every single area like Nipple positioning, belly button, and other areas people usually forget to change in their pictures...
I honestly hope to look that good for next summer... Keep up the good work brother!

Wow, impressive transformation. You are still young. Keep at it bro. Don't do like I did by stopping the lifestyle in college

thanks man..umm eating every 2-2 in half hours helped me maintain muscle mass..I ate LOTS of protein..Chicken was my main source of protein...My routine changed alot weekly because i do a different body part with my trainer every saterday so i gotta substitute different muscle groups alot..if you wanna get in great shape all you gotta do is BE STRICT ON THE DIET!..It's even more important then the lifting, try to never miss a meal,DRINK PLENTY OF WATER,DO YOUR CARDIO!..nobody likes it but its the only way..AND GET PLENTY OR REST!!
