Creatine shouldn't bloat you if dosed properly (eg. 1g per 40 lbs of bodyweight). However, a couple good creatine free preworkout products are Controlled Labs White Flood and Designer Supplements NO Limits. NO Limits is caffeine free as well, so if you wanted caffeine, you would have to add it yourself.
I've been taking Controlled labs green mag, 0.5 scoops per day, without bloating.
