The Perfect pushup
Has anybody used those rotating push up grips that you see on tv? Do they work? I am a fan of push ups, but have no idea if those things are even worth it.

Of course they work. I mean come on, they mimic the movement of a punch!
Kidding aside, I was wondering the same thing myself simply as to whether they were more effective than a regular pushup.

I got these for christmas from like my great aunt. It is more difficult than a regular pushup because you think about the rotation since its not really natural when you usually do pushups. Also it adds about 3 inches of ROM to the pushup.
I've only had it for 2 days, I use it when I get bored around the house. I'll do about 20 at a time, nice and slow concentrating on the rotation.

they sell em at walmart and k mart now....no need to order them from tv now so if they are not effective you can take em back...much easier than trying to mail it back...

The perfect push up for me is putting my feet on a bench and two dumbells on the floor. Then doing raised push ups for free!

Who cares why not just do regular push-ups? What's the significance of twisting your hands?
Besides there are way better exercises for chest size.

Because twisting your hands simulates a punching motion.

My favorite pushups are incline ones with pushup handles I use for the gym. Outstanding ROM and a great burnout after lifting.

Typical Dolt.
I wish we worked out at the same gym. I'd cram a 45lb plate up your ass. But you might like that.

Awe, I'm disappointed. That's the best your 15 year old brain could come up with. Even Kyo could do better than that.
