How ripped can you be... w/o working out
Lets say that you have a very high protein intake, eat right, and never cheat. Bu never work out.What would your body look like? What would you compare to someone who works out, yet there diet fails?

working out is the easy part...
it really depends on genetics tho, generally your body will lower your metabolic rate by eating up fast twitch muscle fiber if your in a neg calorie balance...so even if you do manage to get pretty lean off celery and coke chances are your body will start to increase fat while decreasing lean mass to rebalance itself...
you want low bodyfat you have to be BORN with amazing genetics or like everyone else you have to earn it

Probably not a lot of muscle mass, but given the right diet, you could be very low bodyfat. Think like a less-muscular Bruce Lee.

i don't work out, my bodyfat is prob at 12% and i don't follow any kind of diet. i mainly eat whole foods no treats.
i do alot of cardio at boxing and kickboxing so i'm sure thats what keeps me in good shape, i have good genetics though.
my advice is if you want to get big you have to eat big and train hard, unless you have good genetics you won't even compare to those who do lift.

there are other exercises that train your muscles other than weightlifting
so if you eat right and train hard in other exercises/sports, you can have some decent definition
