No, it isn't great to be honest..... You hit your glutes hard in most hamstring and quad exercises so there is no need to train them independently as most good glute exercises (e.g. deadlifts, heavy squats) are leg exercises anyway. Secondly, I wouldn't train my back the day after hammies as your lower back gets hit quite hard with hammie work and would be fatigued. Ditto with shoulders before back.
Why are you planning on training 6 days a week? There is no need. Instead, aim to hit each muscle group HARD once every 5-6 days instead. If you want to separate hammies and quads, a push/pull split with a days rest in between each workout would be more appropriate

I agree! ...This is just one way to do it ...but I'll share what I do for the hell of it...
Monday: Chest/triceps - mod. int. cardio
Tuesday: HITT or Plyos or bodyweight leg exercises (lunges, jump squats etc.) or a variation... I like to change it up...make this workout fun!
Wednesday: Back/biceps - mod int. cardio
Thursday: same as tuesday
Friday: shoulders/traps - mod int cardio
Saturday: LEG DAY --- a.k.a the pain game!
Sunday: off
This works well for me ...but the point is...if you're working HARD and HEAVY ...you only need to hit it once a week.
