well ppl from ecoustics told me to get on here if im serious abotu being fit,im 17 weighed the same since i was like 13-14 years old,about 200 lbs,im 5ft 9 inches tall.i replaced my cold drinks with water,been taking green tea supplements.cut back on eating,replaced my nite time eat out habits that where greasy fat foods with subway,subway really is not that bad,ive been working out my muscles to,and im thanking about getting a ab lounge to.how about some tips
