You listed some good products, but most of those I wouldn't take @ age 18 (probably not what you want to hear).

As long as your diet and training are both in order, then a ActivaTe Xtreme, X-Factor, and SizeOn stack should produce desired results. Lots of individuals your age have used the ActX and XF stack with much success.

The supplements can be taken at 18 and they are not prohormones which I know I will not bother with until 21. And yes.. i dont want to hear it ;]

I already researched the Activate Xtreme-X Factor stack but just asking.. adding the size on tabs will just help (?) because some people had worries about the water from creatine

The stack looks killer bro and looks like you have you mind made up that you are going to do this.
A few things, Thats a lot of $ for someone going to the gym 3 times a week.
Being you are 18 and have been away from the gym for some time, why not workout for a year and then try some stacks.
With that I'm not a big fan of mixing supps.
If you are going to stack, try this for 12 weeks and you will GET BIG.
Mass FX 1-4 then 9-12
HyperdrolX2 1-12
Retain2 1-4 then 9-12
Get more info at www.anabolicx.com
Be safe and do it right bro.
What does your workout look like????

Im thinking about either
Day one:
Squat
Stiff-legged Deadlift
Pull-up or Pull-down
Barbell Curl
Day Two:
Bench Press or Incline Press
Dip
Military Press
Abs
This is based on recovery not a day by day forced schedule
or a more strict plan such as
Upper A (heavy horizontal/lighter vertical):
Bench 5x5
Row 5x5*
Military Press 3x10
Pullup 3x10
Barbell curls 2x8
Lower A (heavy squats/ham assistance and core):
Squats 5x5
Leg curls 3x8
Back hypers 3x10
Weighted decline sit-ups 3x10
Upper B (heavy vertical/lighter horizontal):
Press 5x5*
Pullup 5x5
Bench 3x10
Row 3x10
Weighted Dips 2x8
Lower B (heavy deadlift/lighter thigh and core):
Deadlift 5x5*
Leg press 4x10*
Leg extensions 3x10
Calf raises 3x8
Weighted decline sit-ups 3x10
Ill do
Monday- Upper A
Tuesday- Lower A
Wednesday- REST
Thursday-Upper B
Friday-Lower B
Saturday- REST
Sunday- REST

Without a doubt the addition of SizeOn will only add to the stack's effectiveness.

Out of the two exercise work outs i posted.. which would be more beneficial considering I have a lot of free time and the stack.

The first workout plan was taken from a good hardgainers workout from ironaddict which bases the exercises to stimulate the whole body with trama with compound movements.

I have done MAX OT in the past twice, Going back ot it starting today.
YOU will get stronger and fast, BUT yuo have ot keep adding weight as soon as possible. even if its 1-1/4 plates to a barbell or magnets to dumbbells.
