What juice do you use to mix with your creatine
I just ordered AST mironized creatine and need to mix it with a juice that will help the creatine flow better, i heard that orange juice is not good so what do you guys use thanks.

i mixed my higher power micronized creatine with grape juice for the first time lastnight and was not stoked when it barely dissolved. i had to shake the **** out of it to just suspend it long enough to gulp it! i thought this **** like dissolved instantly, or so everyoe says. oh well. could it been from the grape juice being cold?

Typically all liquids have to be warmed if you want them to mix properly from creatine to protein. At least in my experience

uhh... if its mono I just take the teaspoon and throw it into my mouth then wash it down with water. Doesn't taste like anything, Its really dry but kinda cool feeling too, especially when the water hits.
