Smile Day 77 - Amazing results for the third week of my fat burner test.

Now this is what I'm talking about. This week I lost 1.3% body fat which is 4.3 pounds of fat! I also put on 0.7 pounds of muscle!

Red Acid 2 is really starting to do it's work now. I think part of it's major effect is to concentrate my weight loss efforts specifically into fat burning (preventing muscle from being burnt off). I have put on more muscle in the last two weeks; than the previous 9 weeks and I think this is due in part to the effects of Red Acid 2. I even exceeded my calorie budget this week by 1100 calories (equivalent to 0.3 pounds of fat); and my results are still the best I've ever had since I started this log. I also made one change to my stack; I'm now using Green MAGnitude instead of Sizeon as my creatine.

These are my fat burning results so far.
1st week I lost 3.7 pounds (1.7 Kg) of weight, 3.3 pounds (1.5 Kg) of fat and 0.9% body fat percentage.
2nd week I lost 1.3 pounds (0.6 Kg) of weight, 1.8 pounds (0.8 Kg) of fat and 0.6% body fat percentage.
This week I lost 3.7 pounds (1.7 Kg) of weight, 4.3 pounds (1.95 Kg) of fat and 1.3% body fat percentage.

To calculate how much more effective my weight loss was (compared to the first week when I wasn't using Red Acid 2); I'll use the following formula: ((This week's fat loss + fat from extra calories)/Week 1 fat loss - 1) * 100. Using this formula (((4.3 + 0.3)/3.3) -1) * 100) I've calculated that Red Acid 2 has helped me decrease fat by 40% more than the first week when I wasn't using it.

Results for this week
Fat Loss: 4.3 pounds (1.95 Kg)
Fat % Loss: 1.3%
Weight Loss: 3.3 pounds (1.7 Kg)
Muscle Gain: 0.7 pounds (0.3 Kg)

Overall Results so far: (After 11 weeks)

Weight Loss: 16 pounds (7.3 Kg)
Fat % Loss: 5.2%
Muscle Gain: 1.8 pounds (0.8 Kg)
Bone Gain: 0.2 pounds (0.1 Kg)

Current Stats:

Muscle Weight: 180.8 pounds (82.2 Kg)

Cool Day 78 - My most successful diet

The most successful diet I've ever been on (at least in the short term) was when I went on a full Lite'n'Easy diet. For the uninitiated, Lite'n'Easy are a company that (for a fee) provide you with everything you need to eat for the week, which they deliver to you in a foam esky once a week.

On this diet (which consisted of 1800 calories a day) I was able to lose 88 pounds (40 Kg) in 5 months. Unfortunately, over the next 3 years I put 110 pounds (50 Kg) back on again. Whilst there is nothing wrong with this food or their diet; the problem was that I deprived myself of junk food for 5 months; so when I had some again; I went crazy for it and never stopped. I hadn't learned moderation and self control.
