Cottage Cheese w/ PB?
Has anyone ever mixed PB with CC? I'm trying to like CC b/c I really want some casein before bed, and I'm broke as hell to go buy 100% casein right now. I was thinking of mixing it w/ some natty PB and a little splenda. Any thoughts?

my prebed meal used to be cc mixed with 1tbsp natural smooth peanut butter and then microwaved for 45 secs to get nice and melty. i would mix it up really well with a spoon to get a smoother texture and then top with fibre 1 cereal for some crunch
delicious. add some blueberries and voila

I've mixed chocolate pp, cc, natty pb, sf choc syrup some water and some ice in the blender and made a shake. Yummy tastes sort of like pb cup.
My other favorite is to blend egg whites, (just a tiny bit) choc pp, cc and sf syrup then cook for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for a couple hours then take natty pb and nuke until soft and runny and top the "cheesecake" with it.

1/2-1 cup of CC
1 scoop of Ultra Peptide
1 tbsp of NPB
This is my pre-bed meal after I put that in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

I havent tried it with the peanut butter but its awesome with any kind of fruit, especially berries. Ive also had it with apple or peach butter which is really good but a little high on the sugar content

I was skeptical, so put off actually trying this combo... but tonight I went for it and regret not trying it sooner. This is what I added:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp yogurt
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 scoop protein
a few walnut pieces
cinnamon
1 pkg splenda
Tasted pretty damn good!

They're a seed from the hemp plant... you can find them in nutrition stores or online. They're supposedly pretty healthy - a complete protein (20-25% of calories), and high in EFA (80% of calories). I dump them in my oats in the morning and add them to other things as well. Not sure how much of their "Super Food" status is just hype from the people who sell them, but I have heard nothing but good things about them.

Okay, so I tried it before bed last night and the flavor was good with a little splenda, but the texture is what I can't get past. I'm thinking about blenind it all and then freezing it to see if the chunks go away!! I get small surd but still, there's something about it that is hard for me to stomach!!

I put cottage cheese in my food processor and process it until it is smooth and creamy...like frosting. Then I add different ingredients; vanilla, splenda, unsweetened cocoa, pumpkin...what ever, its sooo good!!

I never imagined this combination would taste this good. You think it would be nasty.
I add 1 heaping tablespoon of natural peanut butter to about 1/2 cup or so of cottage cheese. I have this every night before I go to bed. I love it.

Now that I put it in the blender and froze it I love it! I just had to get around the texture.
