I would suggest start by researching as much information as you can on these fourms. We all started somewhere. A lot of knowledge I gained was by surfing around on these boards and asking as many questions as possible. The best thing to do is start with your basics... start weight training 3 times per week with moderate cardio. Then you can gradually increase week by week. Remember, it won't happen overnight...but if you formulate a plan and stick to your goals you are guaranteed success. I recommend checking out Terracotta's bodyspace. She has GREAT links for beginners. Best of luck to you!

Start by clearing all the junk out of the house. Plan out your meals and grocery shop only for those meals. Get your meals for the next day prepared the night before and put them in to-go containers. Make sure to have protein shakes/bars handy incase life gets too hectic to eat an actual meal. (Real food is always best--digestion burns calories.) Figure out if mornings or evenings are best for your workouts, and then keep a calendar where you see it. Write down what body part you worked out on what day for motivation. Best of luck!!
