Bulking

alright guys i started bulking about a month ago and i'm just wondering if i'm putting weight on too fast .... when i started i was 165 and i'm now at 172 after 4 weeks, ive kept it pretty clean but not sure if i'm gaining at too fast of a pace or not , im trying to clean bulk so i don't want it to get out of control lol

any thoughts are appreciated

thanks , i havnt really added to much calories from what i was eating before and maintaing weight , maybe 500-1000 that too much?

Hi, Keep your food as clean as possible, At your age your body is swimming in Testosterone. Check your weight and try to take in 1.5 gms of protein and same with complexed carbs for each lb of your weight. Good look Son. Eddie
