My workout this morning was chest/tri's

4 sets, flat bench press....8-12 reps
6 sets, cable cross overs...10-15 reps
Supersetted 6 sets, tricep pressdown/tricep kick backs.
6 sets, single tricep press down followed by reverse pull down
3 sets rope pressdowns to failure
my blog has the previous days workouts....

Pick Me!!!
Please consider me for the 2008 transformation contest. I have many goals for the upcoming year, and feel this contest would be perfect for me, not only would it motivate me to continue what I have already been working on but it would also compel me to stick to my future goals... being chosen for the challenge here on Bodybuilding.com would obligate me to be more committed, disciplined and focused to stick to my training and diet and complete those goals which I've set for myself.
I really admired the contestants from last years transformation, they all worked so hard and did such a fantastic job that it has inspired me to keep going.

workout tracker backlog
I've entered all workouts that I ahad logged since the beginning. I might get the logs my former PT wrote up as well.
I think the stats and progression charts are helpful but at the moment, you can't enlarge them. At least, when I click on the charts, the screen hangs for several minutes and I give up. Is this part still in development?

Pick Daretosoar...
Stephanie is an inspiration to many and dedicated to bodybuilding. I believe she would make a great choice for this challenge.

Put you left foot in, put your left out
Do the Hokey Pokey and turn your post around
That's what it's all about!
I will not be tossing a hat, my cookies, or anything else in here. I had fun participating in the last contest. It's time for other people to be able to participate, like SCT!!!!

Yup, cardio section, ive submitted that as BUG...., i tried to enter my cardio once., it messed things up....
also... to add reps to each workout, you have to click edit, then enter it in and then save it, and then go to the next set!???
introductions.... maybe a short list of 20 people would have helped, where people could have introduced + explainted their moivation... and then from there, the 5 finalists... ?

Contest
Im am so up for the challenge. I planned on starting a fitness chllenge of my own I call the Fitness Fox lassic every year before the new Year I whip my ass into shape, I love being fit year round. But This year I had a baby! and in the spring of 2008 Im launching my Training,Nutrition and Bodywork Company, I was getting into shape after having my baby to be motivation for my clients and a walking advertisement. Like look at me see I lost the baby fat. Iwas up to 194 pounds. Im eating clean and training. I would love to do this challenge to refer more clients to BB.com and so they can watch me reach my goals and also Ican encourage them to sign of for the BB.com challenge next year! I may even give my winning clients a month worth of free training sessions for the biggest loser! So please, please please consider me...Thank You!

Competiton
I though I replied, but somehow it got lost!?!?! Anyway. Please consider me I really would love to use this to help my clients watch as I whip myself back into shape after having a baby and a fitness injury. I have just been cleared for training after undergoing months of test. I thought I was really sick, for a while. I was so afraid, but that was a HUGE wake up call that I can never take health and fitness for granted. And because of all this I am launching my business in training, Nutrition and Bodywork in the spring of 08 I want to refer clients as usual to bb.com and not just for the motivation and fun but to see me, their trainer and I hope I or we all can motivate (especially the really obease clients) to really take getting into good health and fitness is truly a matter of life and death. I feel like all that I went through last year I could really be a success in this contest and encourage clients too. Thank You!

I would love to do this! I've been wanting to compete for the last 4 years now, but a baby and life got in the way. Now I'm hoping to do my first show March 29th, so the it would be perfect timing for me! I've tried to compete before, but bailed out after about 6-8 weeks. I need something that is going to push me that last little bit! fabsupjenn@aol.com
