Going just on the provided pictures, I think you need to get your diet in check.

...and not to be mean or anything, but why would you want to spend 2 hours a day in the gym, 5 days a week? Granted, I'm not a pro, but I've seen many people advised that if they're spending more than an hour at a time in the gym, even at 3 days a week, you're not lifting efficiently. IMHO.
But there is progress there... so congrats!!

I don't entirely agree with this. I do think there is a such thing as excessive amounts of time in the gym, but I don't think two hours qualifies (I would say over 2 hours would count though).

I suppose it would depend on your goals, too.

Well being Endomorph, 45mins of that workout time is Cardio (cross trainer/treadmill) and the other hour is Lifting on different machines, with little rests between machines for water.

If he's bulking then his balls are only going to produce testosterone for a certain amount of time. We're not machines. The idea is to go in and lift weights with the mindset that you're on a certain time frame afterwhich taking advantage of the "window of opportunity".
If he's cutting. Well lol cutting for two hours is kind of extreme. He's going to be burning fat AND muscle. Of course this doesn't really apply if he's a long distance runner but I doubt he is.

Well i'm 5'8" and about 205-210 with about 28-30% BF, i'm lifting hard 6x6 rep sets, and then walking at about 3-3.5 miles an hour for 30 mins, would i really be burning muscle during that time? btw, i'm trying to cut fat and keep my muscle.
