**ANYONE WITH 3000-3500 Calorie diet?**
Anyone with a 3000-3500 calorie diet thats clean that I can get ideas from? im only eating like 2500 now and i cant seem to get more in there. I just need somthign to feed off of? any help?

i'm usually in the upper 3k's but 3500 is my usual area.
breakfast:
1 cup oats
1 cup egg beaters
2 helpings pumpkin
2tbsp peanut butter
snack:
handful baby carrots
6oz chicken breast
apple
1oz almonds
lunch:
8oz salmon
1 cup brown rice
mixed veggies
handful cashews
pre-workout:
2tbsp pb
2 slices ezekiel bread
banana
1 scoop whey with water (only time i drink a shake)
post-workout/practice:
serving of turkey meatloaf (400 calories)
2tbsp cashew butter
mixed veggie salad with ff dressing
pre-bed:
1 cup cottage cheese with blueberries
handful of pistachios
cup of broccoli
this usually runs me around ~3500 or so without anything else. with games and practice i tend to eat a lot more depending on my schedule.

I am currently eating 3000 calories, but I am not going to post my diet, as it changes every day.
Just eat calorie-dense foods like they said. Drink whole milk, eat whole eggs, nuts, peanut butter, add olive oil to chicken, etc. There are plenty of ways man.

If you are currently eating chicken and other lean meats? Switch -it up a bit with beef, pork, lamb, salmon, pilchards, mackerel and other oily fish!

Here is a good diet:
I have gained 32 lbs with it! i am now 232LBs
meal 1
1 can tuna
1 ON whey shake (1 scoop)
4 oz oatmeal
meal 2
2 scoops ON Whey
1 banana
1 glass fruit juice
meal 3
6 oz of chicken or turkey
11 oz rice or potatoe or wholewheat pasta
handful spinach

meal 5
6 oz extra gr beef or round steak
