First time bulking.. kinda. help please
Hi, this is my first actual evre bulk, Ive kinda tried to bulk before but it was when I played competitive hockey several times a week so it I didnt put on that much weight. So im wondering what I should eat, today for example I had chicken noodle soup for lunch.. because I didnt have any groceries haha then for supper I had three cod filets and brown rice, when I got back from my workout I had a protein shake, and before bed I ate two slices of toast and cheese.. there was some orange juice and glasses of milk mixed throughout the day. Im guessing this isnt enough, besides chicken breast and steak, and fish what else should I be eating.. and what are the oats these that everyone rants about and how would I prepare them.

Nobody is helping because you are asking the a question that depends on many variables and that can also be answered by doing research. There are dozens of bulking articles on the main page of this site. Do some research.

consume excess amounts of calories while making sure to keep yoru protein level at LEAST 1 gram of protein per lb (but try to go 1.5 to 2 if you can). oats are your best friend because they're good source of slow digesting carbs and are high in fiber. Your supper looked good but make sure you squeeze some veggies in there for your vitamins and minerals. good job with the protein shake after the work-out. try to eat every 2 to 3 hours and make sure you've always got some carbs, proteins, and veggies together. eat steak, chicken, fish, oats, protein shakes, almonds and natural peanut butter (for healthy fats) make sure to get 2-4 liters of water a day as well.

You have some research to do. Eat 6 or so times per day, try to get about 500 calories above maintenance, eat clean. Get rolled oats, not instant- I like quaker original. Preparation directions are on the package.
Oh and mixing orange juice and milk sounds nasty
