Good progress bro Nicely ripped but yes I do suggest you stick to gaining some mass. Seems like you already are doing that so that's great. Keep it up bro!

Honestly, since you're still a teenager, your body is suppose to grow, if you're limited the intake, it's not gonna do you any good in the future.

thanks for the comments.
i dont get why ppl think im not eating enough? if i posted before pic i was all skin & bones, im doing everything close enough to the bulkin guidelines.. ie 200-300 increase every week over maintaince gradually increase, i ended up at about 3k cals at peak of my bulk a day. 40/40/20 .
but its hard to get the "extra REAL qualilty" foods if u are low on budget

There are all sort of cheap and good protein sources, such as milk, egg, cottage cheese, tuna... and im sure there are heaps of articles in this site that you can check it out... you just have to stick with your diet and be persistence.

No need to dirty bulk unless you have insane difficulty gaining mass.
I don't know if it's just me, but I think you're making good progress..?? What weight did you start off at? 120? I'd say you're making damned good progress--gained noticeable muscle while keeping lean.
People on this site have the tendency to scream "BULK BULK EAT MORE EAT MORE" to ANYONE below 150. You'll hate yourself if you dirty bulk and need to spend half a year dieting to recover your lost abs.
Just keep up what you're doing and increase your calories a bit when you need to. BTW... if you need cheap, calorie-dense foods, all I'm going to say is: natural peanut butter

LOL, I was wandering the same thing. You can't ask a question around here about bulking or gaining a pound without someone or everyone saying EAT BRO! It's normally obvious and is what the person is doing but EAT BRO! does not help critique progress. Different exercise ideas for the lagging parts might be more helpful. "Hey guys, I fell and broke my arm and was wandering...." just EAT BRO! It will feel better... It's the answer for everything!

Negged.
To the OP, you're doing great, and your lifts are pretty decent considering you weigh 140. Keep at it.

x2. I totally agree with him here.
I think you've made good progress and should continue to clean bulk. Take it from me, I'm asian, I dirty bulked, and now I'm trying to cut because of all the fat I gained, and if you look at my avatar, you can see I still have those ugly love handles and I've been cutting for roughly a month now.

Trust me I'm half asian and still had a hard time gaining weight lol. Most (not all) Asian genetics come with fast metabolism and small bones.
I think you're doing an awesome job man keep it up. You'll be ripped even if you bulk trust me.

Nice work. You are shreaded and looking good. I really dont understand people telling someone to eat so much? Maybe this guy doesnt wanna be a big bulky heavy guy?...Maybe he wants to look nice and lean and at the same time be more healthy , able to move.
Im sure im gonna get reamed for my comments but oh well...I had to speak my mind.
Keep up the good work and keep it LEAN and MEAN!!

kick ass progress. nice work on the cut, you're ripped.
as far as the food, yea it's expensive. whenever i get poor, i eat mainly oatmeal/cream of wheat for carbs and go with 2-3 protein shakes a day for my protein(although it's not recommended, but you gotta do what you gotta do). if you do the math, protein shake is WAY cheaper than food.
sorry to hear about cottage cheese. it's one of my favorites.
