Application for BB.COM
On average I work 50 hours a week as a Sheet Metal worker, and have to travel in excess of 2 hours per day. My wife supports me with my hobby and although I don't get home from work until late, she understands that I need to go to the gym before spending time at home. It often frustrates me when people say 'I don't have time to work out!' I try to go to the gym most days, and when I'm resting, I'm usually searching the internet for any new tips and supplements.
I would love the opportunity to work with such a prestigious and reputable company and becoming part of something that means so much to me.

this sounds awesome... -- I am a 29 yr old mother of 2 -- 3 yrs old and 18 mnth old boys.. work full time in the city (NY) commute from Jersey... -- leave my house @ 6:30 don't get home untill 7... however, I make it a point to stay fit --..so I carry my gym bag with me everyday.. and get to the gym at lunch....
- I also just returned to the competition stage after taking some time off to have my 2 babies.... I think it is great way to feature every day people...

wanna be famous
I'm very interested in this opportunity. I work 5 to 6 days a week as a production manager for a small landscape/construction company. Small means I still get my hands dirty. I'm far from a pencil pusher. I train 4 days a week heavy and hard.
When I quit smoking 2 years ago, I joined a gym to recapture what I lost during those years of smoking. After a few weeks I started searching the web for information on diet and supplements and came across bodybuilding.com. Bodybuilding.com became my go to source for information on contest prep and nutrition as well as some of my supplements.
I would really appreciate an opportunity like this to not only represent bodybuilding.com but to also represent the over 40 crowd.

BB.com Star
I would love to enter into this! I am a huge fan of BB.com. I am on the site everday, sometimes up to a couple times a day. I love to read the articles, see the competition results page, and most of all the videos. I order often from their store because they have all the products that are available and for the lowest prices I have found.
I work full-time as an administrative secretary for a University, sub for the University wellness center and YMCA, teach a course for the Phy. Ed. department every semester, go to school part-time (working for my Phy. Ed. major), train everyday, am a wife and PROUD mother of almost 4-year-old twin girls!!! My live is far from dull and is never boring. So being able to jump on-line to order my products and read up on latest is something I need. Thank BB.com for all that you offer the FITNESS Folks! It is very much appreciated, especially to this busy fitness mom!

I placed 3rd in the Tall Figure division. Learned to stick with bodybuilding and not fight my body!!! Was that not the most miserabley humid place they could have had the show!!!! Ugh...protan running all over the place! I was surprised at the size of the guys in all of the classes. Um...not a tested event!!!

Average Joe
I work 40+ hrs in sales and management. I travel a lot and eat out often. I am also in the Marine Reserves as a 1stSgt which takes time away often. I have been getting leaner but still have a way to go. My friends on BB.com keep me going. This is something that would be interesting.

Update from Paul:
Teens should be at least 18 years old.
This isn't limited to just "transformation stories" - if it's interesting or unique how you use Bodybuilding.com/BodySpace to keep you motivated and in shape, that might work, too. We're looking for the interesting stories, but necessarily just before and after photos. And while the job idea is part of the campaign, that doesn't exclude students, homemakers, etc.

Michelle Rice- Hooper's story....wow!!
Ok, whether I am featured in a bodybuilding.com ad or not, I would still love to share my story with men and women across the world that think they may not have what it takes to lose weight, get in shape, be healthy, etc......
With that being said, here goes...
My name is Michelle Hooper, I am 29 years old, a mom to 5 beautiful children, a wife to a wonderful man, named, Bill and I am also a life coach part time.
I will start by telling you that I began working out in 2004, where my boyfriend, which is now my husband got me into lifting and eating healthy for the 1st time in my entire life. I was 183lbs when I started and lost down to somewhere between 138-145lbs where I competed in my very 1st figure competition. This transformation was done in 16 weeks and if you look up Michelle Rice on bb.com, you will be able to see my transformation story I did back then.
However, I was 3 weeks out from my 3rd figure competition and I found out I was pregnant. YIKES!! Big surprise!!
Needless to say, I went from 145lbs the day I found out I was pregnant all the way up to 216lbs the day I delivered my son. I had been on low carbs for so long because I was getting ready to compete that in the beginning of my pregnancy, I craved carbs all the time. I could not stand the smell of fish or taste of chicken. Therefore, I ended up becoming unhealthy once again.
After I had my son, I lost down to 193lbs, but was suffering with postpartum depression, so I ended up gaining back up to around 216lbs again. I could not stand to look at myself in the mirror. I would not leave my house!!
I have been using bodybuilding.com for my supplements since 2004 and so I decided one day after coming onto the bb.com website and reading transformation stories that I was going to get my act together and get my butt back in the gym and eating good again.
Now, it took me 1 year and 1 month to get to the point where I wanted to work out again, but once I did, which was March of this year (2007), I started buying all of my supplements on bb.com again, working out regularly and eating healthy.
From March 2007 to October 2007, I have lost a total of 63lbs. I got out of those size 16's and now I am in a size 6. I am not where I really want to be with my size, but I will get there. I want to get more defined and have some smokin hot abs....LOL
That pretty much sums up my story.
I would like to tell all of those people out there that are depressed, overweight, out of shape or just not happy with the way they look or feel, that they can change it. It is never too late!!!
Make that decision and get a good support system. (like the forums and transformation stories on bodybuilding.com or reading the bodyspace pages)
I came to bb.com on a daily basis to get motivation and helpful information on diets, workouts, etc.....
It works!!!
SO DO IT!!!
HERE ARE SOME PHOTOS.....

My Story
Bodybuilding.com Magazine Advertisement
Parker Cote
Being a college student, everything except your youth is against you in achieving your fitness goals. Each of the essential components of success in bodybuilding--training, diet, and rest, are all vulnerable. I have to deal with not only the time it takes to be a successful student, but also the stress and distractions that come along with it. Late nights studying for exams, and late night parties followed by a pizza run spells disaster for one's physique. The college environment is not conducive to living a fit lifestyle, so I use Bodybuilding.com to help reverse it.
I first used Bodybuilding.com when I decided to pursue my fitness goals six years ago. With all of the informative articles I read, I developed a solid understanding of the sport. Today, I use Bodybuilding.com to keep up with the latest in training, diet, and supplementation. It is also a great place for growth and self-improvement. If I'm ever in a rut, I'll just go to Bodybuilding.com, read an inspiring article, and go to the gym with a new, refreshed mindset. With a supportive community in BodySpace, and everything else the site has to offer, Bodybuilding.com makes achieving your fitness and bodybuilding goals easier than ever!
Thank you,
Parker Cote

I'm Def. interested Count me in
Hey,
I'm very interested in the challenge, but I can't download my pics to site(I think my Pics files are way too big to be downloaded). I have a sedentary job work late shifts 2pm to 1030pm, which means I have to work around my meals and training schedule according to my working hours. Last year I was 180 pounds and now I am at 140 off season and 130 for competition.
You can check my story, and pictures at this site : http://www.myfamestage.com/kittykat10457 .
Would like to hear your comments.
