thanks, when i was going for strength in my squat i got my max to 260. I wanted to see it over 300 but i had to be realistic that it wasnt worth the injury.

I did an Hour of cardio in the am and an hour of cardio in the pm. I also did 600 sit ups.

I been having alot of random people come up to me at the gym and they introduce themselves to me, Then they ask me what im training for because it sure as hell looks like im training for something....they are like you are very muscular..."i just wanted to hug them!!! lol
Today i felt like i could LIFT a Fricken house. If i was doing squats today i could have easily gotten the 260 for 4 raw. Easily! There is this boy that i am extreamly goo goo eyes over. And of course im not going to hit on him at the gym, but its the only place i see him. I never really talked to him either, just the hi how are ya. Well he was doing legs to...Our Leg press has a hard time locking....and it scares me when im burnt out and i cant lock it that its going to fall on me. So i tell him... Keep in mind this is the first time i talk to him...."Hey can you do me a favor...If you hear me screaming F*ck, Mother F*cker, WTF can you come help me lock the thing for me...." he just smiles and laughs...then im thinking omg WHat a lady your are rachel! Such class and game i got! lol

you think so?? front squats are so much harder.... I felt like i could have done more but for some reason i got this feeling in my leg when i squat its like a nerve tingling.. and that gets in the way of my squat.

I guess you can say i got some serious game huh? well i figure if hes not interested in me on my first conversation with him, then screw him...cuz thats me rawwwwwwwwwwwwwwrrrrrrr lol
