Did anyone check out the routine from Men's Health..
This month's issue?
It's basically a full body routine that's done 3 days a week... it's pretty cool... I tried it out today and it felt good.
I especially like the reverse grip bench press.

Men's Health has really stepped up their workouts in the past couple months. You see compound movements, deadlifts and squats (sometimes even past parallel) and Oly lifts pretty often now- plus Alan Aragon is writing articles for them.

Seems like there just saying what is pretty much common knowledge, heavy compound movements are actually better for growth and strength.

Judging by what I see in the gym it isn't. Props to the guys if they can get some more people lifting seriously.

Alan Aragon is amazing, I love reading all his diet stuff.. I want to buy his book, even if I dont need to, just so I can support him.

Yeah I love it.
It's funny because I wanted to find a good compound exercise routine because I'm starting to gain fat LOL.

I picked up my first issue of Men's Health this month and I felt like I was reading a playboy without the good stuff. Half of it is damn sex tips-- as if its that hard or something? Really not a fan of the magazine, but yes I did see the article and no, haven't tried the workout.

Except I've been doing that for the past I don't know when...I figured I'd switch it up a bit.
