i've been lifting for 3 years now and, i've been taking a regular ol' shmo multi vitamin, centrum performance, its more geared towards the athlete, here is the FACTS for it

I take the same one 2x a day (morning with first meal and evening with second to last meal).
On top of that, I take extra/added Vit-C, Vit-E, Fish oil gels, K-RALA (GlucophaseXR), Quercin, Grape Seed Extract among others.
If you were to add more, those are a good starting point.It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
