Got this in bulk powder form from ***. Took the recommended dosage of 3g's, or 3/4 tbs. It filled 4 00 caps. Went to the beach and got a great pump after getting into the water. Put down a 1/2 gallon of water before playing some V-Ball. I was very suprised at how I did not sweat at all, a good thing for beach volleyball imho. Lasted atleast 4 hours at the beach today of no sweating/great pumps. Havent used it for workouts yet, as I am on a 4AD and M1T cycle as well.
Initial review, I like it go buy some its dirt cheap. thnx Pu12en12g for the bringing this to the stage and getting someone to carry this.
