-2 cups yogurt mixed with your favourite flavouring (here we could do protein powders)

OK, I'm actually proud of this one
25g ON casein vanilla
25 Dymatize 12hr vanilla
250g Homemade greek yogurt
25g Low fat cream cheese
20g Peanut butter
200g Homemade pumpkin puree (sweetened with splenda so good on it's own!)
Splenda to taste
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla essence.
60p/50c/19f
In the freezer now. Bowl is pretty big too. This is gonna be my next cereal mix. Minus the PB (I want the full pumpkin flavour). This + more cream cheese (cream cheese is too good) and honey chex + chocolate chex!

Yep, was the same stuff.
Setting does great stuff for sludges! This was SUCH a good one though.
Just drain the yogurt when it's done.
There are instructions on the main easi-yo site. Plus, I posted a link above that Emma-Leigh does.
Add some salt to it and it'd taste basically identical to Cream cheese. You lose carbs in the draining process too!
Norally get philli <5% Got about 4 tubs in the fridge atm cause it went on special half priceLast edited by foodpr0n; 01-15-2011 at 03:58 PM.

Bought this thing called easiyo for $17.
The packets you then buy are $3 each and make 1kg of greek yogurt (or any other type of yogurt you want), 900g for me cause I use a little less water to make it thiiiick (I get low fat greek yogurt packs).
Tubs here of greek yogurt are 500g and usually ~$3-5 each. ($3 on the best specials)
Thus, my new machine makes the equivalent for ~$1.50 Not bad.
This is it. http://www.easiyo.com/
So yeah, you can flavour them however you want yourself. Add coconut milk powder to it apparently to make it really creamy. Buy pre-flavoured ones...use less water like I do to make it thick. Make yogurt cheese (similar to cream cheese) as explained above and even flavour that if you wished i.e. to go with savoury or sweet.
**Macros are also apparently changed when you make the cheese. Less carbs.

Haha cheers mate. It's quickly becoming a favorite thing to make!
The texture goes just awesome after 'setting' in the fridge for a few hours or the freezer for a little bit. (I prefer to leave it in the 'quick-cool' section of our fridge)
Here's how it looks after that though (posted above)

XF Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream.
Pretty good for the simplicity of it and no access to an ice cream maker. Here is where the idea came from.

One of my favorites, though not for those looking for low calories
One scoop serious mass or super mass gainer (620 calories)
5-6 Oreos (~275 calories)
1-1 1/2 C Vanilla Ice cream (I've splurged and used a 1 pint of haagen daaz before lol)(400-1000 calories)
12-16oz Milk (190-260 calories)
ice to thicken
SO yes, close to 1600 calories, or more And roughly 60g protein
