Day 30 Another no stim day (but went good!)

    Weight change to date: 6lbs

Decided to workout without stims again, this time by choice. Im very stubborn, and it bugs me to think that i am that much weaker without stims, so i have to prove to myself that im just as strong without stims.... i know im weird. BUT i succeeded. Good pre workout meal, good focus, and i think the ginseng helped too! Blasted through the workout and it was ALMOST as good as with stims. This means that i can in good conscience go back to using stims and not feel bad :P

    Strength - Better!
    Size - Same
    Energy - Good, without stims
    libido - UP
    Sides - Zip
    Recovery - Great
Sleep - Again i will praise the sleep aspect, not sure why, but it just helps me sleep.

this very well could be related, in my experience , after getting off stims for a month and then resuming with 2-4 days a week instead of 6-7 certainly noticed an increase in libido

on non-stim days greenmag/bulge + intrabolic + glycergrow help with endurance and pump, so while energy is not as strong as on stims, strength / endurance is still there

There is tremendous synergy here. That's an over-used word so allow me to expand a bit.

Protein synthesis driven by testosterone optimization is a function of two factors: DNA transcription and mRNA translation.

Tbol generates more testosterone via multiple pathways. Note this isn't exogeneous testosterone but your own "in house" test which is biologically perfect and made for your body. It then goes one step further by making more of that greater test pool "active" insofar as maximizing free testosterone, the biologically active form. It does this by modulating SHBG vis the stinging nettle extract. With more free testosterone docking at the steroid receptor, step one is completed: DNA transcription. This is the message to the cell nucleus to "turn on" protein machinery.

The flip side of the coin in mRNA translation where the ribosomes accelerate assembly of new muscle proteins. This is where Ebol/Ecdy shines. It is the rate limiting step insofar as how much new muscle will be built.

As you can see, with both processes maximized there is a true synergy between the two.

Great weekend workouts (dont have access to a PC on weekends), good energy.

I used some samples of Cordygen and cituvol from MST, and holy hell.... haven't read anything about cordyceps, but i was an endurance powerhouse. Weights felt lighter later in the rep range, and didnt want to leave the gym. Good product.

Will be updating tonight after workout!

Weight change to date = +7 lbs

Interesting you mention Cordygen, i was planning on trying some for spring/summer for 2-4 hour bike rides etc... Supposedly effect are very noticeable 10-14 days in ... at $24 / monthly supply will be worth at least a try

plan on running it during ebol/bioforge , should be endurance machine

After a few logs, im convinced and getting this stack... might start with just a bottle each and see how it goes, then order more if im convinced its working for me

Im on keto/anabolic diet (4500cals) doing bill starr 5x5 so strength is the name of the game,

Since your expirenced with PH/DS do you think this tbol/ebol stack is for me?

Only thing that has me concerned is the dreaming... i already get nightmares all the friggin time and having them intensified is going to suck ass.... growing muscle is a pain isnt it? lol

Well the dreams are more vivid for sure, i don't know if it wil make your nightmares worse, or not... maybe bane can chime in here.

Are you asking if this is a good alternative to PH/DS. It is a safer alternative yes. Gives very good gains. Close to PH's but not quite. This would be great for anyone wanting to go non hormonal or under 21.

How many weeks are you guys running your cycles and at what dose daily? I am currently running Bioforge and am one week in at 4 pills a day. I am running this for 8 weeks and then taking a break and may jump into this stack to see how it compares! I want to purchase the stuff now and just wondering how much to buy. I am thinking two bottles of each? Also, I am curious if Bioforge V2 will stack good with this combo?

a tad overkill supp and $$ wise to run bioforge on top of tbol/ebol

stack either of the test boosters with ebol, should be fun enough

    Day 35

Weight change to date + 7.5 lbs

UBELIEVABLE workout yesterday. I didn't want to leave the gym. Lifted HEAVY, really HEAVY, till my muscles gave out each set.... 1-2 minute rest and do it again. I felt like i could continue doing so forever. Had to force myself to leave.

Every part of my body was more then happy to lift so heavy... except my rotator cuffs, a little achey today. Thinking of adding cissus into my arsenal of products, any reccomendations?

    Strength - PR's today!
    Size - Bigger, chest especially.
    Energy - Good, with stims
    libido - UP
    Sides - Zip
    Recovery - Great
    Sleep - Awesome as usual!!
Blessed be the lord, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle. Psalm 144:1

    Hockey Season!

No, but i still have a sample of the cordygen V02 ultra, the one i tried was cordygen5..... not sure what the difference is, the profile looks the same to me... but i just glanced at it. I think the Ultra is dosed higher maybe.
