- Weight was up on Bench + accessory work which made me happy, hand did not go numb this week, and our EZ Bar is back! Finally went heavier than 110 x 10 on Skullcrushers.
- Honest feedback on the video update please. Am i making progress on this 5 week mini-cut so far?
