Use straps.

Try parallel handles of various widths.

When you chin or do pulldowns, don't go to complete extension (keep SLIGHT bend in arms-this keeps tension on the lats)

Also, keep your palms high on the bar-don't grip the bar with your fingers.


When you row, pull to your waist. This maximizes the movement at the shoulder joint while minimizing elbow joint movement.
