Had a sample of white flood sent from last order of BB.com...man, that is some strong NO. I took the 8 it reccommended about 20 minutes before workout and hit chest and bi's tonight. WOW! I had a super pump after my 2nd set of bench. By the time I was halfway through my chest workout, I felt like I was going to rip out of my skin...I also felt like I could just keep going and going. Then came biceps. Man, I thought my chest pumps were good...bi's were literally screaming for me to stop after the first exercise. I didn't let in and kept at it. By the time I finished my workout, I was PUMPED, but felt like I could keep going.

Only downfall...I did 25 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and after about 5 minutes my quads were freaking screaming.

It's an awesome product...I'll be purchasing some soon!!

I'm sure everyone already knows that White Flood is amazing, but here's my experience. I tried the free sample today and it was my shoulders/arms/abs day. I took the pills about 45 minutes before working out, as per the instructions, and I didn't feel it until I started my first exercise, but when it kicked in, I set so many PR's!
First exercise was cgbp. I got 155x4 last week for my final set, and this week I got 155x5, and I was feeling so good that I tried 165 and got 3. Then dips. I got +55x3 on Monday (I do dips for chest and also for tri's), and today I got +65x3. Also, on machine curls, I got 70x3 last week, and this time I got 70x10?!?! Huge surprise. Every other exercise stayed about the same or went a little up because I hurt my shoulder so I kept the shoulder exercises light. Other than that, I wanted to keep lifting because I felt so amazing! On the way out the gym I saw one of my friends and he even asked me if I was on something because my arms looked a lot bigger.
tldr; White Flood is amazing. I'm ordering a tub tonight!

Overall
So, lets look at the data. I made big strength gains, added some solid weight and lost a bit of bodyfat at the same time. People have started to tell me in the last week and a half that I am looking bigger than usual. The only negative side effect I experienced at all was an increase in acne. This product was definitely worth it. I WILL be using Blue Gene again and I would definitely recommend it.

Took my final weight this morning, 233.8, original weight-244.6
That's 10.8 pounds in 30 days! I am pretty darn happy about this result. I need to get my gf to take my after pics and I will post them for sure by Tuesday night. As far as my overall opinion of REDuction, I break it down as follows,

Thermogenic fatburing 6/10
Appetite control 9//10
Sleep aid 8/10
price 9/10

Therefore if my math is correct I would rate this product as an 8/10

While I don't plan on using this product again soon, I will certaintly consider it next time I go to purchase a diet pill.

WF provided good energy level for a good 2 hours with no crash

WF made my arms literally feel like my skin was going to tear open.

For those of you who use WF I assume the powder form is more popular as most products tend to be, but im seriously considering purchasing the pills because they worked so well today!

White Flood: HOLY ****TT i love this stuff. amazing energy and strength and pump. Very sold product I have reccommend and given samples to everyone in my gym! True believer in this product!

Green Mag: Just started using this. Taste real good! I take half pre and half post. While I was cutting down my strength still increased every single week!

Purple Wraath: Great supplement. Endurance and to give your muslces the aminos they need while training.

GlycerGrow: WOW haha. Great pumps. But more importantly for me is recovery. After leg days id be crippled for 4 - 7 days! i wouldnt be able to train legs are any exercises involving them. Stairs were impossible and getting out of bed sucked! I started using glycergrow and drinking it during my training and yesterday I set a bunch of squat PRs and trained like a beast. and today i feel like i can do it again!!!!

REDuction: First day on this i was thinkin "WOW crazy thermogenic" But i had never felt that feeling after day 1. Sleep was good. I just didnt respond to it as well as others did.

Golden Finish: Tried a sample. Tasted real good.

I took my Green MAG and Purple Wraath yesterday for one epic workout.

I mixed up the Green MAG and drank it about a half hour pre. It mixed up perfectly. It was pretty damn good too. The flavor was a little light, but I used a lot of water. The Purple Wraath I mixed up right after I downed the GM and put it in the fridge until it was time. The workout went great. Every lift I pumped through extra hard just to get a sip of the PW. That stuff is delicious. I had plenty of endurance and strength. The real test was the sprint sets that followed. The workout was intense enough without them, but they had to be done. I pushed through those with a noticable ease. Definitely two great products. Any product that doesn't contain caffein and STILL has noticable results is A+.

I ordered a tub of GFH on wheycheap last week. I've used it a few times so here is my initial review!

Nutritional Highlights:
185 calories
0.5 g fat

Taste 9.5/10
The flavor is called tropical island smoothie and I'm not quite sure how to describe the taste other than that it's great! It's a bit on the sweet side but very flavorful.

Mixability 8/10
Mixes well for the most part but there are usually small clumps floating around. I haven't tried it in a blender though.

Nutrition 8/10
It has a nice amount of carbs but I woulda liked the protein to be a lil higher, maybe 24 g at least since it's supposed to be for post workout. This is one of the few post wo products that doesn't include creatine, which is a plus for people like me who already have a creatine.

Effectiveness ???
Well I've only used it twice so I can't say the long term effects but the first day I used it I had a really taxing workout. The GFH seemed to really help with the recovery, more so than just whey, which is what i used to take post wo. Also it doesn't fill you up too much, which is good so that you still feel like eating a hearty post wo meal.

Mixability N/A It's tablets, so you don't have to worry about that Makes it very convenient if you are on the go and don't have a mixer bottle with you. No worries! Just grab a bottle of water and down the 8 tablets.

Energy 10/10 When it kicks in, you know it. And you feel it. The tingle you get is unmistakable, and the "flood" of energy was amazing. It kept me pumped through my whole chest workout (and about an hour afterwords)

Pump 9.5/10 I set a PR on bench press and incline press. Since this was my first day using it, I can't claim that it "drastically increased all of my lifts" or anything, but it did get me through every rep without the slightest bit of fatigue.

Value 10/10 If you do purchase the tablets, you get 320 for roughly $40.00 out of the BB.com store. Since 8 tablets are 1 serving, your looking at $1.00 a day. For a product of this quality, you can not beat that kind of deal.

Mixability 10/10 I just put it in a Gatorade bottle that was filled about halfway with water, shook it a few good times, and it was perfectly dissolved. I was actually quite impressed.

Taste 9/10 I am usually not the biggest fan of sipping or drinking anything during my workout besides water, but I honestly did not mind the taste of the Purple Wraath. I'm even not the biggest grape fan in the world, but it was enjoyable to say the least.

Pump 9.5/10 Stacked with the white Flood tablets, this made for the perfect combo. The tingle is unmistakable. I set 2 PR's, and finished every rep with no problem.

Recovery 10/10 I did not feel fatigued once during my entire chest workout. I went into each set on my lifts feeling as if it were my first sets of the day. Absolutely loved the feeling.

Value 11/10 11/10 is kind of a hard thing to do. But when you get 90 servings for about $50.00 out of the BB.com store, then what more needs to be said? That is a little more than $0.50 a serving. Great deal.

After taking WF the energy was amazing, combined with greenmag preworkout. Throw in the PW and a already strong tingling sensation become stronger and not once did I ever feel tired. Todays usually my chest day but I decided to double up VERY hard with triceps as well......

BB bench I usually rep 210-215. Today I did 235. Thats just ONE of the PB I set today.

My only issue.... after finishing chest/tri's I was somewhat sad, I wasnt tired at all. So after knocking out leg extensions, curls, deadlifts, squats(f&b), then proceeded to do 40min of cardio keeping my heart rate below 120. Figured that was enough for the day

ok so i just took White Flood for the first time, and OMG it is great!! just had one of the best workouts of my life (chest and triceps today)! i took the lemonade flavor which was just delicious and it mixed great! plus no hardcore crash! i give this product a 10/10 and will definitely be ordering it and some PW!

AM Formula:
Energy- 6/10 As far as energy goes, I usually got around 4-6 hours of solid energy, then their was about a 2-3 hour window where I would crash then I would be fine. If I would crash at 6, I would be awake by 8 or so and then I would be fine.

Appetite Suppressant- 9/10 This was the best thing about this.

Weight Fat Loss- 5/10 I did not notice more sweating or anything like that during workouts. Nothing consistent. I had a hard time keeping a consistent diet which is what I usually am at and I don?t think this helped with fat/weight loss. Even though it helped with my appetite suppressant, I did not eat as much per say, but I also did not eat the healthiest. Which is typical. I think I could just diet better and it would be just as good.

Side Effects- 5/10 I crashed a lot on this product when I took it in the mornings. Not so much when I took it at lunch. I would usually get around 6 hours of clean energy, never any energy but then I would be really tired and crash and it would be hard for me to get the motivation to go and workout. When I took it in half dosages, the appetite suppressant was not as strong and neither was the clean energy. I do not recall crashing as much as well.

PM Formula
Energy: 7/10 I would be tired in the mornings and it would be harder to wake up. But once I woke up, I like it. As far as after I would take it, I would usually be able to fall asleep in about 30-60 minutes. Their were 2 nights that I can recall that I just could not get to sleep for about 2 hours or so.

Appetite Suppressant: N/A: Some reviews say that it would help curb cravings at night. Well, I do not really recall anything special about this so I will not grade.

Weight Loss/Fat Loss: N/A Eh, noticed nothing.

Side Effects: 7/10: The dreams were ridiculous. Reminded me of being on IGF-2. I liked it. I would wake up though about 50% of the time during the middle of the night and be wide awake for a very short time and then be zonked out again. It never really affected my though.

Overall: 7/10: I still have some left on this so I will be finishing it. I also think I will be purchasing 3 more bottles if the buy 2 get 1 free is still available. bodybuilding site that everyone knows about. It is the best sleep supp I have liked and want to continue taking it with my next log of Vyper by Professional Supplements. I just like the feeling once I wake up.

Total Overall Grade: 6.5/10.
I recommend this product to someone who is sensitive to stims and who wants their appetite suppressed. Even though it does have 200mg of natural caffeine in a serving I just hate the crashing feeling. I think for those people who are not sensitive or who has not done a cleanse in awhile should not use this product as they may also feel the crash that I did frequently.

I do recommend the PM formula as I plan on making it a staple.

- Incredible! One of the most underrated supplements around delivered consistent results like few other supplements have every done! I switched up my dosage to find my sweet-spot, and what worked the best for me, and I recommend that to anyone. Next to a potent serving of WMS, GlycerGrow brought the cell volumization to a new level. Make a point of staying well hydrated throughout the day, and have 1-2 servings of the GG 1-3 hours pre-workout, and I assure that you will experience considerable heightened volume in your training, as well as in your physical appearance. On nights I drank any alcohol, I always made sure to have 1-3 servings of GG either while drinking or following drinking (pre-bed), and I swear that this helped my body stay better hydrated.



Vascularity: 7/10

- Obviously, this?ll always depend on ones body fat measurements, but even @ my lean self, it wasn?t flawless in this department. This was an effect that varied on a day to day basis; on some days, I looked veiny and nasty as I could, while on other days I just wasn?t feeling nor seeing much. What vascularity I did see, however, was an overall improvement from NOT using GlycerGrow to using GlycerGrow. New veins appeared, some rolling horizontally across my outer arm, others on my inner arm, more on my lateral deltoids.


Recovery: 8/10

- In between sets, as well as from workout to workout, recovery was increased greatly! Rest in between sets was either decreased, or I?d be able to use the same heavy weight (or go heavier from one set to the next) without decreasing my rep range. I just felt ?fresh? from set to set. Anxious to get on with my training. Alongside my normal addiction to Beta Alanine, I swear that GlycerGrow has further improved on decreasing lactic acid build up in my muscles.

i just recently got stiches from a pole vaulting accident, and so i took 4 days off(2 on days and 2 rest days)
i took my GG 30 minutes before w/ apple sauce and my prolab creatine.
i started my work out and it wasnt till after my chest routine(on WS4SB) and going to my back routine that it started to kick in. chest got all big along with biceps and tris. i dont ever feel it in my legs or my back,, well kinda in my back. after my first set of 12 reps i started again and it felt like i had just walked in the gym. same with my bicep routine.

i gotta say this product gives great w/o any problem and great recovery.

i've been taking WF, GM, PW for about 3 weeks now and just started BG... THe products are good quaility. I've taken other stacks similar to this and this stack ranks in the top for sure... Here's my review for WF:

Mixability: 9/10, no problem here, just shake and drink... I do get a few stole away's at the bottom, but just add some more water and swig it

Taste: 8/10, I gave it eight because it's not bad by any means, but not delicious (i've had better)... I have the lemmonade and always mix it with GM and half scoop of PW for pre... but WF alone is a different lemmonade, but taste shouldn't matter as long as the product works!

Energy: 9/10, Definitely receive a lot of energy from WF... For me it's like 15min after I take the beta alanine kicks in and then you just feel a rush throughout you're body... It lasts pretty much the whole workout and some

Pump: 9/10, Gave it a nine because I haven't tried all NO products... To name a few NO products i've taken: NO shotgun, BP, SP 250, Vapor, Xplode, Muscle Rush etc, but I want to try several others...WF definitely ranks in the top three that i've taken as far as receiving the "pump"... Muscles feel nice and tight/ full during the workouts...

Recommendation? Definitely worth a try... It might be a little pricey, but if you look around on the net you can get a good deal and you get several servings, which makes up for the price...If you take a full serving on lifting days only and you workout 5 times a week it will last you 10 weeks, good deal IMO... It's a different NO product and good to cycle off your xplode or vapor and try this... The more I take these products the more I will post back with reviews...

ok so i stopped takin white flood for a few weeks. today i took my 1 serving. holy **** i had the most intense workout ever. crazy focus, energy and pumps . normally i hate CL fanboys, but damn.

I tried my samples of GM/PW yesterday. First time using GM, 2nd using PW. The first time I used PW, I've got to be honest... I didn't like it! It mixed horribly, it tasted awful, the tingly sensation was so strong that it actually annoyed me to the point that I didn't want to finish my workout!

With that being said, I wanted to give it another try, because it gets great reviews on here, and I am also a big believer in REDuction, WF, and CL in general.

Yesterday I took my GM about 30 minutes pre-workout, along with Shock Therapy (my current NO... WF coming next month!). I drank my PW intra-workout. I was very pleased with the PW this time around. Mixed easily, tasted pretty good, and the tingly sensation was present, but not distracting. I think I must have gotten the "old formula" last time. Anyway, certainly a more pleasant experience this time around. The GM tasted really good, and mixed well too. I can't really say much about results, as these two are kind of a long term supplement, but I'm definatly leaning toward GM when my current creatine runs out. The only complaint I have is that I got bad cramps after my workout, which lasted about an hour. Anyone have any suggestions as to what might have caused them?

Anyway, besides the cramps, good products in my book, I was really glad to see the new PW formula worked out better this time around!

Ive been taking 3 scoops of GG and 1 scoop GM before the gym and today I did shoulders and wow, they were so pumped it was hurting after my second exercise on shoulders. On my cardio days I mix 3 scoops with gatoraid and my recovery is better during the bike or run. awesome stuff

Slept well with the PM pills but did wake up groggy.

I got a good burst of energy with the day pills and within 30 minutes of taking the pills went on a 3 mile run. Good energy.

The only negative feedback I've noticed is taking on an empty stomach the raspberry taste has come up a few times and it is acidic. Not a major problem but it does burn a bit.

I would buy this product if looking for a fat burner.
